			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>位於銅鑼灣渣甸街的天草漁場 Amakusa 現已開業，除了魚生刺身外，熟食亦不少得。</p>
<p><strong>天草漁場之源起</strong></p>
<p>始於Do 師傅跟Hiroki San 及友人從香港到九州福岡再乘搭45分鐘內陸機到天草觀光，當日先到本道漁市場參觀，跟日本築地漁市場相似，所有新鮮捕獲的海鮮會送往此漁市場，及後亦前往天草漁協本所了解當地市場之運作，行程也有到著名海鮮養殖場到牛深町參觀漁排養殖的吞拿魚，油甘魚，魚立魚及深海池魚等等當地。</p>

<p><strong>有名的特有品種</strong></p>
<p>由於當地環境美麗，景色宜人，海水清澈見底，被著名海鮮所吸引，亦考慮香港沒有此類型的居酒屋，所以想藉此介紹天草這地方給香港人認識，因而造就鮨吟Do 師傅跟天草市政府人員及天草漁市場。</p>

<li>甘鯛鹽斧燒 &#8211; 用鹽及香草焗，然後鎅成魚的形狀，以搥仔敲碎取出魚肉進食</li>
