<p>大廚田原智之自小對料理充滿熱誠，他曾到美國亞利桑那州鳳凰城的CIA Scottsdale 藍帶國際學校學習及進修廚藝。田原大廚非常重視醬汁，認為醬汁可提升食物的層次。他一直堅持只用自家餚制的高湯調制醬汁，配上高超的烹調手法，為食客獻上嶄新又難忘的飲食體驗。</p>
