<p>美心中菜首度將正宗星馬味道帶到旗下粵菜食府網絡，炮製出<strong>「嚐味星洲」</strong>系列，並誠邀新加坡資深名廚<strong>張偉忠師傅</strong>擔任客席大廚，向粵菜大廚團隊親授南洋菜餚調味、用料與烹調手法等獨門秘訣，揉合美心中菜大廚的粵式巧手，定將展現別具一格的星洲菜餚韻味。</p>

<p>系列亦呈獻多款星馬名菜，包括香口惹味的<strong>新加坡麥皮蝦</strong>，新鮮嫩滑的<strong>星洲</strong><strong>海南雞</strong>配上特製飯粒上桌，滋味得來玩味十足，用上阿參醬烹調，酸中帶辣的<strong>亞參咖哩龍躉球</strong>，以及陣陣胡椒香撲鼻的<strong>鴛鴦蒜黑豚肉骨茶</strong>，均用上正宗星馬醬料與調味烹調，揉合細膩的粵式火候與功架，為菜餚賦予味覺層次。多款受歡迎的地道主食，包括用自家熬製蝦湯製作的<strong>地道檳城蝦麵</strong>；用料豐盛、口感豐富的<strong>老巴剎肉脞麵</strong>；以及混入炸米粉，脆滑兼備的<strong>滑蛋海鮮鴛鴦脆河粉</strong>等，誘人的星洲風味定教愛嚐鮮的食客無法抗拒。</p>

<p>美心中菜去年首推混融獅城正宗「炒蟹」與潮汕「打冷」佳餚的「星潮尋味」系列<strong>，</strong>廣受食客歡迎，口碑載道。今年再接再厲，再度邀請<strong id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505204640388_49935">星加坡資深名廚張偉忠師傅</strong>擔任客席大廚，為食客呈獻<strong>「星潮尋味</strong><strong>II</strong><strong>」</strong>系列。南洋異鄉承傳潮州移民的飲食文化，利用星、馬食材融會創意，造就別樹一格的南洋潮菜菜式，形、味俱獨具南洋風格，同時保留了潮汕菜的神韻，箇中調味用料與烹調手法俱由張師傅親授，機會彌足珍貴。</p>
