			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>半自助形式的早午餐提供豐富的沙律吧、精緻甜品及任飲雜果賓治，另設多款即叫即製的主菜供客人選擇。位於餐廳正中央的沙律吧供應多款特選海鮮，包括波士頓龍蝦、鱈場蟹腳 、翡翠螺、 淡水小龍蝦、煙燻三文魚、吞拿魚等，款式應有盡有。除此之外，自助沙律吧亦供應多款美國特色芝士及精選凍肉，配以新鮮沙律菜及手工麵包，以多款開胃前菜為賓客完美的週末展開序幕。餐廳特設廚師精選站，定期推出不同種類的肉類，包括豬肋骨、燒乳豬、火腿、烤羊脾等，讓嗜肉的賓客大飽口福。</p>

Loyd 推介的 美國農業部認可頂級牛肋肉絕對不能錯過。頂級的牛肋肉於餐廳自家醃製，嫩滑的牛肉散發淡淡的香辣味，配以薯蓉及時令蔬菜，為味蕾帶來多層次的滋味。 此外，餐牌上亦有烤澳洲草飼西冷牛排及烤加拿大安格斯肉眼排供一眾牛魔王選擇。喜愛傳統美式食物的賓客可以嘗試 Prohibition 扒房 ‧ 酒吧的招牌牛肉漢堡配薯條 ，以地道美饌渡過一個充滿美式風情的下午。為配合不同客人的味，大廚亦精選數款多元化的主菜，包括慢煮豬面頰意粉 ，煮得軟腍的豬面頰粒配以爽口的磨菇，口感豐富；香煎黑鱈魚以美國養殖的黑鱈魚入饌，魚肉爽滑，配以籚筍及油封茴香，惹味無比； 香煎春雞的外皮煎至香脆，配以特製莎莎醬及烤薯，以嶄新的方式演繹傳統的菜式，別具特色。</p>

<p>全新週末早午餐除了Egg Benedict班尼迪蛋外，還有著名的經典肉醬意粉；Belgica 比利時手工薯條是正宗的傳統食譜，先後油炸兩次以確保其外脆內軟嘅鬆脆口感，配合全新8款自家製手工醬汁， 包括:<em> </em><em>經典蛋黃醬｜香蒜蛋黃醬｜黑松露蛋黃醬｜蜜糖芥末｜芥末籽醬｜</em><em>BBQ</em><em>醬｜香辣法式香草醬｜日本芥辣蛋黃醬，</em>1種薯條8種口味，真是樂「脆」無窮。</p>
<p>而Belgica藍青口共有5款口味選擇，包括原味忌廉白汁、經典白酒汁、清新Provençale 蕃茄蓉、亞洲風味椰汁青咖哩，當然小不了，用比利時手工啤 Wittekerke White 煮的Wittekerke Mussels。</p>
