<p>祥龍兩儀大海東星斑是今次「唐人館巧手懷舊菜」的精選手工菜之一，亦最考大廚功架。師傅先把新鮮東星斑的魚身拆肉清蒸、魚頭及魚尾則以椒鹽酥炸，再用上含豐富養生功效的黑木耳及白木耳，並以太極兩儀為造型，集形、意、味及高營養價值於一身，是必吃之選。</p>
