<p>紫玉蘭 主打特色「海派菜」，建基傳統之上，加入新派元素，全新主菜牌因而特別融滙其他菜系的精彩元素，包括改良自馬蘭頭卷，伴襯乾冰及花卉襯托上桌的<strong>馬蘭頭石榴果</strong>；以開胃麻婆汁代替傳統紅燒清燉的<strong>麻婆獅子頭</strong>；以及一反傳統，香煎製作的<strong>脆煎灌湯小籠包</strong>。</p>
