<p>全新週末早午餐除了Egg Benedict班尼迪蛋外，還有著名的經典肉醬意粉；Belgica 比利時手工薯條是正宗的傳統食譜，先後油炸兩次以確保其外脆內軟嘅鬆脆口感，配合全新8款自家製手工醬汁， 包括:<em> </em><em>經典蛋黃醬｜香蒜蛋黃醬｜黑松露蛋黃醬｜蜜糖芥末｜芥末籽醬｜</em><em>BBQ</em><em>醬｜香辣法式香草醬｜日本芥辣蛋黃醬，</em>1種薯條8種口味，真是樂「脆」無窮。</p>
<p>而Belgica藍青口共有5款口味選擇，包括原味忌廉白汁、經典白酒汁、清新Provençale 蕃茄蓉、亞洲風味椰汁青咖哩，當然小不了，用比利時手工啤 Wittekerke White 煮的Wittekerke Mussels。</p>
