<p><strong>鯖魚</strong>又稱為青花魚、花飛，屬於洄游魚類。由於鯖魚需在體內蓄積油脂過冬，每年初春期間游經青森縣八戶近海而南下，因此當地春季漁獲豐富，而且捕捉的鯖魚油脂特別豐潤。脂肪率高達15%以上的美味鯖魚被稱為「八戶前沖鯖魚」，重量超過550公克的被封為「銀鯖」，而油脂最多、肉質最上乘的更被視為極品。千両推出簡單呈現油鮮與甘美的<strong>鯖魚刺身</strong>、<strong>鯖魚壽司</strong>，魚皮香脆而魚肉鮮嫩的<strong>鹽燒鯖魚</strong>，以及味道清新的<strong>胡麻</strong><strong>鯖魚沙律</strong>，無論作下酒菜或單吃同樣出色。</p>
