<p>白松露與雞蛋菜式是絕妙的配搭。鬆軟輕盈的煎蛋奄列加入巴馬臣芝士和來自法國塞文山的洋蔥，並以阿爾巴白松露點綴；淡淡的芝士鹹香及清甜的洋蔥襯托出松露的獨特清香，為這場白松露盛宴揭開序幕。</p>

<p>法國布雷斯珍珠雞不但肉質滑嫩，其如大理石般的均勻油脂分佈更為聞名。Chef Nicolas選用嫩滑多汁的雞胸肉和雞腿肉，並把腿肉上的皮輕輕煎香以增加口感。配合法國盛產的新鮮洋薊和西洋菜，更能突顯白松露的高雅香氣。</p>

<p>甜品靈感來自Laurent-Perrier香檳，其優雅清爽的味道及幼細氣泡令人印象難忘。甜蜜水梨、微酸柑橘果凍模仿香檳中的細緻氣泡，兩者酸甜完美平衡，為盛宴留下輕盈清新的餘韻。</p>

<p>情人節將臨，想為心愛的她打造永誌難忘體驗，ÉPURE 為大家呈獻St Valentin Menu，挑選多款法國時令又具節日氣氛的食材入饌，當中包括：le fameux bœuf du soleil levant選取鹿兒島牛的前腰脊肉，鮮紅肉質顯示完美的肉質油脂分佈比例，配上新鮮洋薊、嬌嫩菠菜卷和開胃甘草汁，肉質嫩滑佈滿肉汁入口鮮嫩不韌，體會肉與油香營造絕紗的平衡、甜品則是un peu, beaucoup, passionnément, a la folie，創作參考法國傳統習俗Effeuiller la Marguerite-He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not作為靈感，馬達加斯加雲呢拿豆製成70%黑朱古力造成精緻的立體菊花和片片熱情玫紅色花瓣，再以巧手把新鮮柚子、清香茉莉花和酸甜可口蘋果製成溫純金黃色花芯蛋糕，甜品如藝術品般美妙，情侶們可以一邊品嘗花瓣一邊盡訴心中情，祝願永遠甜甜蜜蜜。</p>

<p>另外，除了精緻優雅ÉPURE提供St Valentin Menu，同集團旗下寫意悠閒La Brasserie by ÉPURE亦有提供窩心的St Valentin Menu，坐擁醉人維港優美園林景致及漫天星空作伴，在柔和獨光下盡享浪漫晚餐，細意品嘗法式滋味。</p>
<p>La Brasserie by ÉPURE提供St Valentin Menu同樣將在2月14日供應，3道菜和4道菜晚餐分別每位HK$ 598和HK$ 738。</p>
