			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #000000;">香港電視（<span style="font-family: Calibri;">HKTV</span>）為慶祝<span style="font-family: Calibri;">11</span>月<span style="font-family: Calibri;">19</span>日開台及劇集強勢推出，特意聯同<span style="font-family: Calibri;">High Tea Club</span>及位於尖沙咀<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The One 18</span>樓的<span style="font-family: Calibri;">ZURRIOLA</span>餐廳於<span style="font-family: Calibri;">11</span>月<span style="font-family: Calibri;">16</span>日至<span style="font-family: Calibri;">12</span>月<span style="font-family: Calibri;">20</span>日期間首次推出以<span style="font-family: Calibri;">HKTV</span>開台重點劇集「警界線」為主題的下午茶。「警界線」是一部以警匪為題的電視劇，所以餐廳特別在食物設計及顏色配搭方面均以黑白為主，並在三層架上擺放以警察為題的裝飾，務求讓食客可一邊享受不一樣的下午茶，一邊回味戲集的精彩情節。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">「警界線」主題下午茶一共有三層，頂層左起分別放置了兩款鹹點及一款甜點：首推的是<strong>阿拉斯加長腳蟹肉配芒果手指三文治（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Alaskan King Crab Leg with Mango Finger Sandwiches</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，主廚在蟹肉饀料加入新鮮芒果肉，並在三文治裡再加上一層芒果肉，利用淡淡的芒果香從而提升蟹肉的鮮甜味。另一推介爲<strong>八爪魚配甜粟米茸（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Octopus with Sweet Corn Cream</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，主廚先以慢火烤煮八爪魚，使其口感變得軟腍，並配搭以香甜粟米茸為餡料的脆餅；口感豐富，香脆可口。此外，一般都市人都愛喝咖啡，故甜品師傅特意把咖啡製作成<strong>咖啡果凍配白朱古力忌廉（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Coffee Jelly with White Chocolate Cream</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，果凍帶有濃郁香醇的咖啡味，配上香滑的白朱古力忌廉，味道恰到好處，甜而不膩。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>中層鹹點採用上乘食材</strong><strong></strong><strong>特顯非凡滋味</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">中層放了三款別具特色的鹹點，分別有以白色湯匙放著外型可愛的<strong>煙三文魚沙律釀黑松露薯仔及魚子醬（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Smoked Salmon Salad Stuffed with Black Truffle Potato and Caviar</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，以薄切煙三文魚片包著黑松露薯仔，外層放上魚子醬及金泊，盡顯矜貴。另外，看似平凡無奇的<strong>吞拿魚三文治（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Tuna Sandwiches</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，其實一點都不平凡，因為主廚巧妙地把黑松露沾在三文治的外圍，令整份三文治散發著獨特的黑松露香氣。最後有<strong>西班牙</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">48</span></strong><strong>月黑毛豬火腿配迷你牛角包（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Mini Croissant with 48 Months Joselito Ham</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，西班牙<span style="font-family: Calibri;">48</span>月黑毛豬火腿帶有香濃的鹹香味，油脂醇香，配上自家製充滿牛油味的迷你牛角包，兩者配合得天衣無縫，讓人停不了口。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"> </span><strong><span style="color: #000000;">底層放置精緻甜點作完美總結</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">底層則放了五款甜點，左起分別有：<strong>藍莓小蛋糕（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Blueberry Cup Cake</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，甜品師傅特別在小蛋糕內加入新鮮的藍莓，而及在小蛋糕上的忌廉混入藍莓及銀色珠子，呈現出淡淡的紫色，一定討女孩子歡喜。朱古力迷則一定喜愛<strong>迷你軟心朱古力餅（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Mini Chocolate Truffle Cake</span></strong><strong>）</strong>和<strong>朱古力球（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Chocolate Ball</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，兩款甜點都充滿香醇甘香的朱古力味。還有<strong>士多啤梨芝士餅（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Strawberry Cheese Cake</span></strong><strong>）</strong>，貼心的甜品師傅特別加重了檸檬味和酸度，從而中和品嚐朱古力後的甜膩感，讓芝士餅的味道變得更清新。最後，食客可以<strong>芝麻馬卡龍（</strong><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Sesame Seed Macaron</span></strong><strong>）</strong>作結，甜品師傅故意增加了蛋白的份量及加入原粒芝麻，讓馬卡龍變得較為煙靱，口感豐富。</span></p>
