獲得2011年度法國最佳調酒工藝師 (Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman)的Hoerth先生由他的調酒創作中帶來迷人的味道、色彩及創意，並與2007年度法國最佳朱古力工藝師 (Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier)得主Cloiseau主廚的朱古力創作融合。兩位法國最佳工藝師得主聯手創造出一個令人陶醉的朱古力系列。

兩位獲獎工藝師創作出的雞尾酒二重奏系列充份體現出Cloiseau主廚和Hoerth先生的創意，呈獻由果汁、鮮果、香茶及黑朱古力所合奏出的交響曲，並加入牛奶朱古力帶出驚喜滋味。加入的雞尾酒材料突出可可的香濃味道，向新穎朱古力創意作出最真實的致敬，引領進入前所未有的朱古力體驗。
